Ford Stealership?

Columbia, SC – Taking your vehicle to get an estimate on minor repairs shouldn’t be a nightmare. But this is more often than not proven to be wrong, thanks to the Ford “Stealership” on Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, SC.

Viki was the personal assigned Ford Advisor to the complaining client and after contacting us we saw the need to run this article.

The client’s wipers were not working and while under warrant the client wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible. After the car is turned over to Viki, she would run a diagnostic test, which showed previous work that had been done. Viki later added that the vehicle would need a few extra things, including a new $200 battery. The total for the non working wipers to be fixed would cost just under $1500, leaving the client responsible to pay $300 and the warranty company to pay the rest.

After a few not so nice phone calls, the client and the “Stealership” mutually decided to not do business.

The client then took the vehicle to another Ford dealership and the cost was only $300 to fix the wipers. This Ford dealership simply laughed after hearing the other Ford company’s price. The new Ford Dealership mentioned that advisors get a percent of the labor, which is why some will hike up the work.
